do you guys/ gals miss me during my absence?

i've been ill & awaiting surgery... hmmmm...don't know when, but i'm still happy & doing my usual stuff.

mummy has to give me medications twice daily & cook up a special diet for me though

furthermore, i cannot control my bladder, & has to poo & pee many times daily (due to medications), while awaiting a date from a specialist in australia, because in singapore, there isn't one. 

my vet, Dr. Jean Paul Ly has done the blood tests, x- ray, ultrasound, etc, & he is optimistic about my condition mummy is relieved! mummy says that he is the best vet in singapore, & i'm lucky to have met him, because he is always 'fully booked' & seldom in singapore!

mummy had to coax yoyo into getting a brazilian shave, by tempting her with a walk to the newly 'renovated' tampines central park...

yoyo, being simple- minded, was bought into the scam mummy is walking us anyway, whether or not yoyo is getting shaved!

3 of us were stuck at home today. however, mummy took this opportunity to catch up with watching her tragic melodrama japanese series...

yoyo & i don't understand japanese. obviously!

so, i'm up to my mischief...i taught yoyo 'the art of buying things online'   everything will be charged to mummy end of the month...

well, when our pizza, biscuits, cakes, muffins & scones arrived 1 hour later...mummy flipped out!   she warned us that if we should do that again- without her permission, she'll 'whack our backsides'! OUCH!!!

it'll be mother's day on sunday! yoyo & i decided that we should treat my mummy (yoyo's godma) & granny for a buffet treat. we want to honor mummy & granny for loving & caring for us everyday!

the problem is, we can't enter into any f&b outlet, so we'll just pick up the tab! remember about the red packets' money that i asked yoyo to hide underneath her bed?

yoyo has always been an excitable girl...she loves to play, albeit too much for all of us. mummy & uncles take turns to go jogging with her daily, & i'll play hide & seek with her on rainy days.

awwwwww.... mummy announced to yoyo & i that she'll be going on a vacation tomorrow. hmmmmm....yoyo immediately went into shock. as usual, she worries about her next meal.

well, i assure her that granny & uncle james will be at home to feed us fresh water & food everyday.

it's hot! hot! hot! in sunny singapore... so, mummy decided to 'toture' me once over again- hauled yoyo & i, a.k.a "the terror twins" to the groomer again! 

*roll eyes* why mummy had to make me go through the ordeal of shaving me twice in 2 weeks?

only this time, i am quite pleased with the results...i'm a heads-turner *giggle* so flattering....*wink*

technically, the 7th day of the lunar new year is considered as 'ren ri' - meaning, its a 'birthday to every individual'...

hammer invited yoyo & i for a gathering in his house....darn! mummy forgot to bring her camera along...

hence, the only pictures we took were @ our block, waiting for mummy's friends to fetch us....arrhghhhh!!!!

yippee!!! it's chinese new year AGAIN! lots of food, lots of relatives & friends, lots of noisy happenings (mahjong & poker cards' games), & lots of red packets (hong bao) to collect!

BUT, this year, it's different in our family *sob sob* technically, my family is still in mourning, because grandpa passed away less than 365days ago, therefore we cannot celebrate this festive season. hence, relatives & friends cannot come into our house, nor can we visit them. otherwise, yoyo would have received tons of red packets!

granny went travelling to china with grand-aunties & grand-uncles.  mummy is on vacation leave for a week...she's @ home 'looking after' yoyo & i.

against chinese tradition, my buddy (yoyo's mummy) came into our house to binge & drink *giggle* she gave yoyo & i a hong bao each too...(also against chinese tradition). hmmm...except we did not receive 2 mandarin oranges, because mummy won't allow us to eat that.

for the 1st time, yoyo received a hong bao, & she asked me what are we supposed to do with the 'papers' ($$$) inside? *giggle* she has no idea what's the intrinsic value of the 'papers' is...but i'll teach her. 

anyway, we want to wish everybody, to have a great Fire Pig year ahead!!!

arh....it's that time of the year again...*giggle* it's our birthdays!!! our birthdays were 5 days apart, hence, my family usually celebrate for us on mummy's birthday!

auntie ruth made some delicious mini- cakes for everyone, & 2 specially for the furry babies- yoyo & i *giggle* 

i'll be 4 on the 17th feb, while mummy, erm...ahem...turned 21 (again!)

when mummy said that she's bringing us to the SKC dog show, yoyo & i were so excited. furthermore, hammer will be going there too.

it's yoyo's 1st meeting with hammer & visit to the dog show... however, the dog show was a disappointment! not much pooches around.... *sigh* 

luckily, hammer saved the day...he invited us to his new apartment...
